Shipping Destinations
We proudly deliver across all regions in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council). Our trusted delivery partner, DHL, ensures that your order arrives safely and efficiently, wherever you are in the region.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight or your order and shipping destination.
The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Orders are then handed over to DHL, and standard delivery time is approximately 4 business days. While we strive to meet this timeframe, please note that occasional courier or customs delays may occur.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may arrive in separate shipments due to product availability, weight, or packaging requirements. If this applies to your order, we will notify you accordingly.
Customs & Duties
