At Smeg Gulf, we take great pride in offering premium products that are crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our appliances and the standards we uphold, purchases are considered final and non-refundable, with the exception of specific cases outlined below.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds are only applicable in the event that the appliance arrives faulty or damaged due to an error on our end. In such cases, we will happily review the issue and provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the specific situation.
To qualify:

The issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must remain unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
How to Request a Return
If your item meets the eligibility criteria:

If approved, we will issue a return tracking number and arrange collection through DHL.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and assessed:

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued through the same original payment method.
