Eligibility for Refund

- The product must return in the same condition as when it was received; sealed/unopened, if applicable, with its original packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required to initiate a refund.

- Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the product is returned to us safely.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Products returned without a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Damaged or Defective Products

Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not been shipped.
